Born and raised in Michigan, Steven has been living in France since 1985. Steven is a graduate of University of Michigan and has an MBA from the Ecole de Management de Lyon. He has participated in Executive Education programs at IMD, London Business School, Insead and Stanford. His professional experience in Economics, Marketing and Strategy are all integrated into his approach to learning.
Steven joined Capgemini in 1997 and is now the Director of its Corporate University. He focuses on partnering with the business to build the skills and capabilities they need to realize their ambitions. Through the use of digital age learning approaches Steven and his team deliver learning solutions focused on business impact and engage learners in a participant centric manner. Capgemini University reaches almost 200,000 participants a year through virtual and physical delivery channels, including international campus facilities in France and India.
Capgemini University was initially accredited by the EMFD (CLIP accreditation) in 2008, and was re-accredited in 2015. The EFMD CLIP review board identified 13 points of excellence and strengths of Capgemini University including: Top Management involvement, impact of the University within the company, capacity of the University to address major business issues and its program design and delivery.
